DIRECTOR:
THEO BAINES
The Mouse is a love story concealed within a fierce urban thriller. It tells the story of a troubled young fugitive battling to catch a mouse from the London Underground and give it to the girl he loves
The film will form the central part of a new resilience-building programme for vulnerable young people at NHS Adolescent Mental Health Units and children’s homes across the UK, aged 15-18, who are at high risk of becoming homeless when they leave. The project - which is called RESILIENT 1 - is led by the UK’s leading homeless healthcare charity, Pathway.
Funded by the Wellcome Trust, the John Ellerman Foundation, and a Department of Health & Social Care innovation fund for vulnerable children.
