The company is co-led by Emma Grazette and Kurban Kassam, bringing together strong creative development with extensive experience across high-end television and feature film. Raucous has particular expertise in structuring and delivering complex international co-productions, working closely with partners across the UK, Europe, India and the Caribbean.

Emma is an award-winning producer with a background in both UK and international television and film. Her credits include producing on Death in Paradise the global hit for the Red Planet /BBC, as well as developing feature projects with BBC Film. Kurban is a BAFTA-winning producer, ACE Producers board member and EAVE alum, and was formerly Executive Producer of Television at Pulse Films, where he oversaw projects including the Gangs of London franchise. Together, Emma and Kurban lead Raucous with a hands-on, collaborative approach, driven by a shared commitment to culturally grounded storytelling and long-term creative collaboration, with a focus on supporting bold voices and distinctive perspectives.
